“A pilot project called “Bus Bulletin” that started last school year will continue in the new year. Bay county is the only school system in the state of Florida using this service. Ken Phillips says, “it will text message, email you or send you a voice message anytime something is going on with one of our buses.” And that includes bus delays and other issues that come up.
