New Feature: Accident Reports

Gordon FrobeniusNew Feature

Bus Bulletin is pleased to announce the addition of the Accident Report. The Accident Report is used to store accident details and images. There are tabs for accident details, student names, and for attaching images and any other supporting documents. In the very near future, you will be able to e-mail the Accident Report or generate a PDF document for printing (or e-mail). We would like to thank Mr. Trevis Sallis and Mr. David Lengyel of Omaha Public Schools for suggesting this functionality. If your district has a paper document that you would like for us to digitize and store in Bus Bulletin, please let us know. We have recently added a Help menu which will contain video tutorials for our different modules. There are two videos that discuss the Accident Report screen. To watch the video tutorial for the new Accident Report, sign in to Bus Bulletin and click the new “Help” menu option. They can be viewed on our YouTube channel as well: http://www.youtube.com/busbulletin If you need a help video for any other screen or functionality, please let us know and we will work to provide one for you. Thank you for choosing and trusting Bus Bulletin.

Gordon FrobeniusTestimonials

BusBulletin.com is such a great tool and cuts down on phone calls from parents and schools. We are able in just a few seconds to notify parents and employees of sub-drivers, highway construction delays, or anything else. The service and support we’ve received from the Bus Bulletin staff have also made this a great experience!

Gordon FrobeniusTestimonials

With budget constraints throughout our District, Bus Bulletin gives us a great communication tool without additional personnel – at a fair cost … Bus Bulletin has improved our parent communication tremendously – without an increase in our workload … Finally, a software program that truly works for you, it’s nice to call and speak with a real person and know that our issue will be resolved immediately.

I received my first Bus Bulletin notifcation today letting me know the bus would be up to 15 minutes late.  It was so nice to get the notification and be able to tell the kids and other parents at the bus stop that it would be coming late.  All of us were understanding today instead of irritated that it was running so late.  Thank you for providing this service!
